  3. <hi style=afpcap>In its infancy, the "black" program under which the B-2 stealth bomber was developed was known as Project Senior C. J. Later, it became the Advanced Technology Bomber (ATB) and, still later, the B-2. The 509th Bombardment Wing at Whiteman AFB, Missouri, the same outfit which dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, is the Air Force's sole combat wing employing the B-2.</hi>
